Responsibilities
Executes a strategic business plan for the division including achievement of assigned metrics such as those related to financial forecasts, sales, and customer satisfaction
Supervision over Profit and Loss for the territory
Drives organic growth
Consults on and takes responsibility for setting and achieving goals for both new business and retention
Creates and encourages a culture of growth and success for both direct reports and throughout the organization
Hosts and attends regular meetings. Quarterly travel required
Prepares reports for executive leadership, displaying results and forecasts with easy-to-read metrics
Collaborates and communicates at all levels of the organization to meet corporate and division goals, and with outside vendors and carriers with the highest level of professionalism
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and company policies, procedures, and compliance programs
Works with Human Resources and Recruiting teams to ensure staffing needs are met and policies are followed completely and accurately
Approves advertising and marketing campaigns
Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, new technologies, and market conditions relevant to the division and industry
Performs other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Thorough understanding of the company's policies, procedures, systems, and objectives
Thorough understanding of fiscal and sales management techniques
Thorough knowledge of compliance requirements and governmental regulations as related to role
Ability to produce sales and implement marketing strategies
Ability to develop divisional policies and procedures that are effective and clear
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and present comprehensive reports
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and discretion
Strong leadership skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
At least ten years of industry experience required
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Must be able to access and navigate all areas of a facility
Quarterly travel for leadership meetings required

Master's degree preferred
