Assistant or Associate Professor- Human Resources Management/Organizational Behavior (Multiple Vacancies)
The City University of New York is a culturally diverse institution of higher education that is seeking to fill multiple vacancies for the positions of Assistant or Associate Professor in Human Resources Management/Organizational Behavior. The successful candidates will be responsible for teaching core and elective courses to undergraduate and graduate students, with an emphasis on student mentorship and advisement.

Teach core and/or elective courses to BBA, Masters, MBA, and/or executive students
Contribute to student mentorship and advisement
Qualification
Required
Applicants must have a PhD (or ABD) in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field
The successful candidates are expected to teach core and/or elective courses to BBA, Masters, MBA, and/or executive students
Candidates must have a proven record of teaching Human Resource Management or Organizational Behavior courses at undergraduate and graduate levels
Applicants are required to submit a narrative statement describing their commitment to and experience with working effectively with faculty and staff, and teaching students in, a pluralistic urban campus environment with a substantial population of students who are among the first-generation of their family to attend a college or university
Preferred
Interest in contributing to student mentorship and advisement are desired
Experience in teaching courses on negotiations and/or leadership is desired
