The role involves managing accounts payable, supporting human resources functions, and performing various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments

Maintain accurate records of purchases and expenses

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Assist with month-end closing and reporting

Assist in maintaining employee records and personnel files

Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

Support with basic HR documentation and employee communications

Translate HR materials and interpret for Spanish-speaking employees as needed

Answer phone calls and emails; provide front-desk coverage

Schedule meetings, maintain office supplies, and manage incoming/outgoing mail

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

Provide support to management and other departments as needed
