They are seeking a Design Assistant to support their mission of creating beautiful collections while ensuring attention to detail and organization in the design process.

Qualification
Required
Degree in apparel or fashion (2-4 year program)
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Strong organizational skills and attention to product detail
Sketching skills required
Pattern/Technical Design knowledge
Color sensitivity
Base knowledge of fabrics, embellishments and wash/dye processes
Meticulous attention to detail and organization
Able to take direction, while also working independently with minimal supervision
Strong follow-through to completion on all given tasks
Strong planning and organization skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast paced and rapidly growing company
Strong appetite for learning and working closely with cross-functional team members
Ability to foster an inclusive and respectful working environment
Preferred
Experience or interest in Knitwear Design is encouraged but not required
