Learning and Development Senior Associate

North Bridge Staffing Group is seeking a Learning & Development Senior Associate to join their Human Resources team. This role will focus on shaping and executing talent development initiatives, combining strategic program design with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead design, rollout, and evaluation of key learning and development programs (e.g., leadership development, executive coaching, career pathing)
Deliver training and coaching at the individual, team, and department levels
Leverage employee data and feedback to shape and evolve training programs, competency models, and development offerings
Partner with senior leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness and management capabilities
Oversee relationships with external training vendors, ensuring consistent, high-quality program delivery
Create innovative ROI reporting on talent initiatives and present findings to senior leadership
Support ad-hoc human capital projects and organizational development initiatives as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
3–8 years of progressive HR and/or talent development experience; financial services background strongly preferred
Solid foundation in training, performance management, leadership development, and talent reviews
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills; comfortable engaging with senior executives
Strong project management and analytical skills; able to drive initiatives from concept to execution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
Team-oriented, highly motivated, and adaptable with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality

Preferred

Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field (preferred)
