PEAK - Temp Administrative Assistant - Southwest Prevention Center
The University of Oklahoma is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant for their Southwest Prevention Center. This role involves providing administrative support for substance use prevention projects, including data collection, statistical research, and community outreach activities.

Responsibilities
Perform administrative duties in support of substance use prevention projects as assigned
Assist in the collection of data for reports and statistical research
Compile statistical data in Excel spreadsheets
Online outreach and promotion using social media under guidance from project staff
Participate at community and campus meetings, health events, festivals or activities
Qualification
Required
High School and/or some college work
12 months office, clerical or administrative experience
Working knowledge of office procedures
Working knowledge of accounting processes
Ability to use a computer and calculator
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work as a team member
Ability to complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner
Must be detail oriented
Ability to multitask, be organized, and self-motivated
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Basic math skills
Preferred
Bachelors degree preferred
Volunteer or paid experience in drug and alcohol prevention, public health, health field or social services
Ability and skills to contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment with both members of the project and the department
Excellent planning and organizational skills
