Responsibilities

Develop, own, and optimize the customer lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging
Create segmentation and personalization strategies to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value
Build and manage automated journeys and trigger-based campaigns
Manage end-to-end campaign execution
Maintain a regular testing roadmap (A/B, multivariate) to continuously improve performance
Monitor KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversion, churn, and revenue impact

Required

Experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and customer data
Develop, own, and optimize the customer lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging
Create segmentation and personalization strategies to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value
Build and manage automated journeys and trigger-based campaigns
Manage end-to-end campaign execution
Maintain a regular testing roadmap (A/B, multivariate) to continuously improve performance
Monitor KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversion, churn, and revenue impact
