This role is responsible for driving e-commerce, retail, and distributor sales while managing marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Responsibilities
Build and execute go-to-market strategies, reporting to the EVP of Sales & Marketing and CEO
Drive revenue across DTC, e-commerce (Amazon, Walmart, Target.com, Shopify), and retail/distributor channels
Manage broker, vendor, and retail account relationships (domestic & international)
Oversee e-commerce performance, inventory alignment, and fulfillment operations
Lead sales reporting, forecasting, and workflow improvements
Partner on product launches, packaging, certifications, and compliance requirements
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SMS)
Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and influencers to amplify sales impact
Enhance customer experience through DTC order support, retention, and brand education
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
2+ years of experience in CPG sales, e-commerce, or related fields
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Klaviyo; design skills a plus
Thrives in a fast-paced, small-company environment with a hands-on mentality
Preferred
Experience with Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, and Shopify strongly preferred
Knowledge of natural products, labeling, and compliance a plus
