Design, build, and refine AI-driven tools for testing, benchmarking, and monitoring conversational agents
Develop scalable pipelines and evaluation methods for LLMs and conversational AI
Conduct research and experimentation to continuously improve AI accuracy and reliability
Implement real-time monitoring, feedback loops, and model optimization systems
Ensure high-performance AI deployments in production environments
Partner directly with customers to understand challenges and integrate feedback into product improvements
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience as an AI Engineer (internship or professional), with proven spikes of excellence
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications in production
Strong programming skills in Python
Background in AI evaluation methods, benchmarking frameworks, or observability tools
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related STEM field from a top-tier university (or equivalent academic excellence)
Experience at companies with a high engineering bar or from a prestigious academic background
Preferred
Strong GPA or evidence of academic excellence
Comfort operating in a small, early-stage startup environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
