Architect, build, deploy, and optimize full-stack systems at scale
Contribute across the stack with frontend and backend expertise
Partner with product and design to translate complex requirements into seamless user experiences
Ensure system scalability and reliability while driving technical excellence
Mentor and support peers while maintaining strong individual contributor focus
Qualification
Required
10+ years of full-stack engineering experience, spanning both startups and established companies
Proven ability to own projects end-to-end in high-growth environments
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with React (or similar frameworks)
Backend expertise in Node.js, Python, or Go
Deep understanding of scalable system architecture (e.g., microservices, serverless)
Experience with PostgreSQL, Elastic, and data modeling
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field
Preferred
Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, and AWS
Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or technical leader demonstrating high initiative
Comfort working in dynamic, early-stage environments with minimal structure
