Responsibilities

Represent clients in employment related disputes, including wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, etc
Handle all phases of litigation, from initial consultation through trial and appeal
Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, draft pleadings, and argue motions
Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to each client's needs
Provide high-quality legal advice and counsel to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions

Qualification

Required

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar in California, and in good standing
At least 5-10 years of experience in plaintiff employment law
A comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local laws related to employment
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to ethical practice and professionalism
