Anticipates legal challenges, organizes discovery materials, and prepares thoughtful trial presentations

Qualification
Required
Education: Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Licensure: Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
Experience: Significant trial experience is required, including first-chair jury trial work and a proven track record of success across a broad spectrum of legal matters

Communication & collaboration: Communicates complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively in both writing and speech

Preferred
Experience in trust & estate litigation, commercial litigation (with or without bankruptcy), and construction litigation is highly preferred
