Responsibilities
Manage reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned business units, functions, or projects
Develop models and dashboards to forecast and analyze KPIs and performance; report key drivers to stakeholders
Provide financial insights, evaluate initiatives, build business cases, and support leadership decision-making
Execute planning activities under manager guidance
Prepare management reports with variance, KPI, and financial commentary
Identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities
Support long-range planning and scenario analysis
Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
Perform related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics
3+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally mortgage related
Strong Excel and reporting skills; familiar with BI tools and financial systems
Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates ownership and accountability
Preferred
MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
Experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive)
