Responsibilities

Successfully manage and lead multiple projects of various sizes and complexities. Manage costs and schedules effectively to keep the projects on track and on budget

Engage with clients to build positive relationships, understand their needs, and manage expectations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to facilitate efficient project delivery

Oversee and lead the production of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)

Stay up to date with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure projects meet all required standards

Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of project documentation and compliance with design standards

Oversee construction activities, including site visits, reviewing submittals, and ensuring compliance with design intent and local building codes
