Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of compensation strategies that align with business goals and market trends
Serve as a trusted advisor to Bay Area leadership, providing insights and recommendations on base, bonus, and equity programs
Analyze complex data sets to drive decision-making and ensure pay equity and competitiveness
Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to support offers, promotions, and retention strategies
Lead and mentor a team of compensation professionals
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including leadership roles
Deep knowledge of Bay Area/Silicon Valley compensation practices
Strong analytical, modeling, and storytelling skills
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change
