Responsibilities

Understand the VoriOS system end to end and interdependencies between the system and its integration components
Understanding Customer’s needs to define and configure system specifications
Configure and maintain data mappings and reconciliation as an integral part of our operations team
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment and work closely with Operations, Product, Engineering teams on how to improve workflows and systems end to end

Required

5+ years in FD/Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
Hybrid skillset — strong backend/data engineering fundamentals + ability to interact directly with customer IT teams
Domain awareness — familiarity with unstructured data, ETL processes and ML/OCR pipelines
Customer empathy — comfort in troubleshooting messy, high-pressure customer environments
Bias for autonomy — capable of managing extraction, ingestion, and pipeline tuning with minimal guidance
SQL, Regex and scripting proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies
