Residential Outside Sales Executive - Titusville **Sign-on Bonus**

They are expanding their residential sales team and seeking high-energy professionals to connect with homeowners and educate them about their services. The role involves working in the field, closing deals, and participating in community events.

Responsibilities
Owning your territory – walk 3–5 miles daily connecting with homeowners
Knocking doors and closing deals – work in the field from 2 PM to 7 PM
Representing Clearwave Fiber with confidence, energy, and integrity
Educating customers about our ultra-fast fiber internet and helping them make informed decisions
Supporting local growth – participate in community events and weekend outreach (one Saturday per month)
Qualification
Required
A self-starter mindset – you're motivated and proactive
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you're confident, approachable, and a natural connector
Physical stamina – this is an active role, often outdoors
Comfort with mobile tech tools (Must have a mobile phone with access to apps for selling in the field.)
Reliable transportation to get to and around your territory
Must be 18 or older
No prior sales experience required — we'll train the right people
