Responsibilities

Own internal IT strategy in a Mac environment: SaaS management, device control, access systems, and user lifecycle processes

Design and enforce seamless security systems: real protection, zero friction

Automate relentlessly: provisioning, onboarding, patching, compliance, and help desk workflows

Lead help desk operations: build systems that resolve issues quickly and proactively support employee productivity

Oversee core platforms: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Greenhouse, Help Scout, and more

Champion compliance: lightweight but powerful access controls and policy frameworks that keep us audit-ready

Collaborate with Engineering: contribute scripts, coordinate infrastructure needs, and act as a bridge between IT and dev teams

Deliver early wins: identify high-impact improvements in your first 90 days and build trust fast
