Responsibilities

Responsible the cash management, mutual fund investment, FX trades and non-USD wires, cash ledger reconciliations, and identification of uninvested cash for our CLO product

Independent handling 4-6 deals, including the deals having non-US currencies which would include accurately set up asset profiles in trust accounting/ reporting system, journalize and reconcile daily cash and investment activity

Oversight of day-to-day operational/client service activities while monitoring controls such as review and reconciliation of overdrawn accounts, breaks reports

Closely work with account managers to ensure all the client / bondholder queries and escalations are being handled in a timely and accurate manner

To provide necessary guidance and work closely with the team members and account managers associated with various deals families. As required to monitor time sheets, mandatory training sessions, red flags scenarios for contract workers
