Territory Sales Manager (Northern Michigan/Detriot)
Aegis Worldwide is a leading manufacturer of high-quality window systems seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow business across Northern Michigan and the greater Detroit area. This role focuses on selling through a trusted network of building product distributors and aims to build meaningful distributor relationships while maintaining existing accounts.

Responsibilities
Manage a defined territory across Northern Michigan and Metro Detroit, focused on B2B distributor sales
Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities within the channel
Travel regionally with 1–2 overnight trips per week
Coordinate customer visits, product education sessions, and relationship-building events
Use CRM and internal tools to track activity and performance
Report directly to senior sales leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in building materials, ideally with window and door products
Experience selling through distribution channels such as lumber yards or specialty dealers
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and capable of managing your own schedule
Resides in or near Northern Michigan or Detroit metro area (required)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
