Partner Development Representative

Dubber is the world's leading conversation platform that enables businesses to unlock the potential in every conversation through AI-enriched conversational data. The Partner Development Representative will work closely with Partner Managers and marketing teams to expand Dubber's sales globally, focusing on building relationships with partner sales teams and driving subscription sales. This role involves coaching partners, managing relationships, and exceeding sales targets to ensure Dubber's growth and success.

Responsibilities

Developing relationships with the sales teams and channel partners of Dubber
Driving the sale of Dubber subscription packages through partners
Coach and assist sales teams and channels of Dubber partners in the method to sell and win Dubber subscription business
Achieve (or even better.. exceed!) monthly targets in revenue, profitability and channel enablement by smashing out your activity
Showcase and demonstrate to Dubber partners the value impact to their revenue size
Understand the products, packages, incentives of the core products sold by sales teams and channels of partners and then demonstrate how Dubber subscription packages can dramatically improve their results
Create long-lasting relationships with sellers with partner and their channels
Hunt for new sellers of Dubber at our Partners
Forecast and report on growth within the territory on a monthly basis
Provide support to our Partner Sellers to help them close deals with Dubber included

Qualification

Required

2+ years previous SaaS Outbound sales experience- preferably in the Telecommunications Industry
2+ years Channel sales experience with a focus on growing accounts
Understand how to communicate and drive compelling conversations via phone, email, social or other communications channels
Tech savvy and have the ability to learn new systems quickly such as Salesforce (or other CRM platforms)
Ability to understand basic technical requirements and translate them to those non-technical
Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment, vibrant and positive attitude with a willingness to perform and execute
Responsible, Adaptable, Kind, Empathetic, Respectful and Accountable
Experience Working remotely

Ideally you have had exposure to working a start-up, rapid growth style environment
