Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining inventory levels and location management
Cycle counts: Generate cycle counts and completes cycle count reconciliations immediately
Discrepancies: Serve as point of contact for customer service regarding shipping discrepancies
Verifies Logpro/WISE inventory discrepancies
Reports discrepancies at end of week to RDC Manager
Product Maintenance: Consolidate product locations when possible and ensure that products are stored in spaces with appropriate dimensions
Maintain bin location labels
Quality Control: Ensure QC area is organized and clean at all times
Adjustments and negatives: Approve adjustments and make proper notes for adjustments
Monitor negative on hand report
Safety: Never lift anything you think is too heavy
Always ask for help when necessary
Attend all safety training meetings
Be aware of safety violations and notify manager immediately if any are noted

High School Degree or its equivalent
3-5 years in a warehouse setting, preferably with previous leadership experience
Experience in shipping management, with emphasis on interpersonal skills, leadership, team supervision, motivation, communication skills, customer service and operational planning
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills necessary to succeed in this position
Forklift/Cherry Picker experience a must
