Apt is seeking a Senior Java Developer to work onsite in Jackson, MS. The successful candidate will participate in all phases of the development life cycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, training, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Participate and perform at every level of the development life cycle

Requirements gathering, design, development, testing/QA, implementation, training and maintenance

Use object oriented techniques and best practices to analyze, design, development, unit testing and deployment

Document all deliverables and perform system unit testing and validation of procedures

Work with program area team on technical issues including system design and testing

Analyzing information to recommend and plan the development and implementation of new systems or modifications of an existing system

Work with program team members on detailed business requirements, understanding business processes and technology, agency standards, and ensuring project goal alignment

Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements

Qualification

Java/J2EE/JSFFull-stack developmentObject-oriented techniquesSystem designDocumentation

Required

5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java/J2EE/JSF
