Apt is hiring a senior-level Oracle Developer to take ownership of their Oracle Cloud ERP environment, focusing on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Order Management (OM), and Sales modules. This high-impact role involves stabilizing mission-critical systems and leading enhancements in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Lead stabilization of the Oracle ERP Cloud environment, especially OIC, OM, and Sales
Troubleshoot and resolve performance, integration, and data integrity issues
Manage and optimize Oracle Cloud integrations (REST, SOAP, PL/SQL)
Partner with business and technical teams to streamline workflows and resolve pain points
Document fixes, processes, and configurations to ensure long-term system reliability
Drive future roadmap initiatives, enhancements, and development efforts
Support daily monitoring, logs, and ongoing system health
Act as the go-to SME for ERP end-users and business stakeholders

Required

8+ years in Oracle ERP development and support

Proven ability to stabilize complex, multi-integration ERP systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Preferred

Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., OIC, OM)
Experience with enterprise ERP rollouts, upgrades, or migrations
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methods
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or automated deployment tools
