IT Solutions Architect
Apt is seeking a strategic and technically skilled IT Solutions Architect to design and implement innovative technology solutions that align with organizational goals. The role involves assessing business requirements, proposing solutions, and providing architectural guidance while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities
Research, design, and implement IT solutions that align with organizational objectives
Evaluate technologies and recommend solutions for current and future business needs
Partner with IT, project teams, and vendors to create scalable architecture and drive implementation
Ensure secure, maintainable, and efficient integration of systems across the enterprise
Maintain thorough documentation including architecture diagrams, guidelines, and standards
Provide technical leadership, oversight, and governance throughout the development lifecycle
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional systems
Develop and review technical workflows, test cases, and system documentation
Advise on infrastructure improvements and process optimization
Present solution plans and risk mitigation strategies to senior leadership and steering committees
Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with safety and information security standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Solutions Architect or in a related architectural/technical role
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, IT infrastructure, and system integration
Experience working independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
Skilled in documenting complex systems, workflows, and technical procedures
Familiarity with contract and Statement of Work (SOW) drafting and review
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
Prior experience with DoD contractors or within highly regulated environments preferred
Preferred
Knowledge of modern cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance (NIST, DFARS, etc.)
Experience in Agile or hybrid project methodologies
Ability to engage with SMEs and provide technical mentorship
