Responsibilities
Lead Data Analysis, Data Requirements, and Data Engineering teams to drive scalable data solutions that support organizational growth
Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to understand current data capabilities and shape the future data roadmap
Spearhead major data infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment and adoption across teams by fostering teamwork and empathy
Identify and address infrastructure challenges, crafting actionable strategies to modernize and optimize data processes
Build trust among technical teams and business leaders by articulating a clear vision and setting priorities for data initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
15+ years of IT experience with a strong emphasis on application development, data architecture, and data governance
Minimum of 5 years in a management role, with a focus on the professional and technical development of direct reports
Proven expertise in Enterprise and Data Architecture, along with experience in contract development and vendor management
