Provide first line of support for desktop and system issues
Work directly with end users and escalate issues when needed
Handle 10–15 tickets per day in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or desktop support role (MSP experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Outlook, and Windows desktop support
Experience with ConnectWise ticketing and LogicMonitor (or similar tools)
Ability to handle 10–15 tickets per day and thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Reliable work history with a desire to grow long-term within the company
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
