Responsibilities
Review high volumes of complex litigation documents with the highest productivity and accuracy
Review and update data privacy documents
Review insurance policies and related documents
Analyze key contract terms and draft narrative summaries of specific provisions or update new terms
Utilize e-Discovery software for efficient review of documents
Identify key information and effectively communicate findings to the associates and staff attorneys
Qualification
Required
2+ years of relevant work experience
Must have contract review & editing experience
Bar membership in the current state that you reside or where you will be working (active and in good standing)
Attention to detail
Excellent writing skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to perform well under stringent deadline pressure
