New Grad, Entry LevelApt is seeking an IT Analyst to support their internal systems and drive innovation across multiple business lines. In this role, you'll design and implement tech-forward solutions while collaborating to improve business processes through data and technology.

Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support for scheduling tools used by end users across various modes
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows. Propose and implement improvements that reduce costs and improve efficiency
Support IT in deploying systems that track assets and enable improvements through data insights
Analyze current inventory management practices
Recommend and help implement control measures to reduce shortages and excesses
Provide quality assurance testing and technical support for IT solutions
Create and maintain clear, user-focused documentation. Deliver training when needed
Serve as a go-to resource for internal users
Maintain a high level of responsiveness and support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or currently working towards completing bachelors degree
Proficiency in data tools like SQL, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
Strong written documentation and process mapping skills
A customer-focused mindset and solid communication skills
Familiarity with tools like Jira, and comfort working in Agile or cross-functional environments
