Responsibilities
Lead and manage site-level IT operations and systems
Supervise a team of two experienced IT professionals
Oversee network administration, inventory systems, and label/traceability platforms
Manage Click Inventory Management System and ensure operational accuracy
Support infrastructure builds for new launches and production lines
Collaborate with controls engineers on PLC/HMI programming (Allen Bradley)
Ensure system uptime, perform machine upgrades, and troubleshoot issues
Work closely with engineering and production teams to support JIT manufacturing
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, logistics, and IT systems
Proven background in inventory control, production systems, and traceability
Strong hands-on technical skills, including PLC and HMI familiarity
Prior leadership experience managing teams and driving performance improvements
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent related experience
