Responsibilities
Provides clarity on or interprets standards based on experience and helps others understand the industry, client and company's standards. Assists with updating company standards
Ensures compliance with company quality program through individual and team related tasks or deliverables, while applying and integrating Owner’s QA programs with Commonwealth programs
Attends and frequently leads internal and external client meetings, communications, conference calls and client site visits, communicating client needs to project teams
Coordinates technical aspects of projects and makes project engineering execution decisions within the bounds set by applicable policies, standards, guides and contract commitments
Independently applies advanced engineering techniques and analysis problems and methods
Prepares a variety of complex engineering deliverables such as drawings, reports, specifications and studies with limited supervision for moderately complex or multiple projects. While managing C/S engineering tasks of others, including engineering schedule and budget performance, quality of engineering solutions and deliverables, coordination or design, procurement, and construction
Qualification
Required
4-8 years in Civil Structural Engineering
Projects experience includes Power Generation, full combine cycle
Designing and overseeing technical aspects of projects and providing guidance and mentorship to professionals
