In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision and strategy of product offerings while leading cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of innovative solutions. You will leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies, product management, and software development to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities to stakeholders
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
Utilize Agile methodologies (including SAFe) to manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer feedback
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that products meet quality standards and user expectations
Experience in Salesforce
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development decisions
Lead wireframing sessions using tools such as Balsamiq to visualize product features and functionalities
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
Foster strong communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate understanding of project objectives
Utilize project management software such as Jira or TFS for tracking progress and managing tasks effectively
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices in product management and development
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within a technology-driven environment
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including experience with SAFe frameworks
Familiarity with software development processes (SDLC) and methodologies such as Waterfall
Proficiency in tools like VersionOne, Git, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and project management software
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather requirements effectively and create test cases for validation purposes
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successful product management and development initiatives
Preferred
