Responsibilities

Conducting case intake, drafting presentation materials for focus groups, analyzing research findings alongside the psychology and research teams, and developing trial strategy recommendations

Collaborating on the development of visual and strategic demonstrative aids for focus group presentations and trial use

Conducting legal research, drafting memoranda, and formulating strategies for presenting evidence and testimony at trial

Assisting with the drafting of opening and closing statements, direct and cross-examination outlines, and witness preparation

J.D. degree required

At least five years of litigation experience, preferably in a commercial litigation department at a major law firm

Strong ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, compelling arguments, both verbally and visually

Ability to work on-site in our New York City office up to five days per week

Willingness to travel up to 30%
