Responsibilities
Understand and promote the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures
Supervision of a group of 15-20 children
Implementing recreational activities for group which would include sports, art, games and other indoor and outdoor activities
Assisting children with homework as needed
Implementing educational enrichment activities with the group
Working with individual children having difficulties adjusting to the program
Attending trainings and staff meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
College Degree, attending college or relevant experience
Understanding of developmental needs of children ranging in age from 5-10
Demonstration of planning and program skills
Past experience in working with children
