Responsibilities
Leverage long-standing client relationships and industry connections to achieve business growth and expand market presence in healthcare, research, and technology sectors
Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to capture market share in both federal contracting and commercial enterprise accounts
Negotiate profitable rates, contract terms, and SOW agreements to maximize gross margins
Act as a trusted advisor to Program Managers, procurement officers, and commercial decision-makers, providing solutions that advance their goals and priorities
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify new project pipelines and staffing needs
Build multi-level relationships to secure sole-source and long-term contract awards
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery for high-demand, hard-to-fill roles in healthcare, biomedical research, IT, data analytics, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies
Ensure rapid, quality-driven candidate submittals that meet skill requirements
Track and report on sales pipeline, contract wins, and gross margin by sector
Forecast revenue growth by account and domain, ensuring alignment with company P&L goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field (Master's a plus)
Proven track record of revenue generation in staffing or workforce solutions for healthcare, research, and technology sectors
Existing portfolio of client relationships in the private and public sectors
Experience building influential relationships and leveraging strategic networking to open doors and drive business growth
Understanding of procurement processes, capture management, and proposal development
Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to close high-value deals
