Responsibilities

Source contacts and develop new business opportunities through multi-channel outbound efforts
Support marketing campaigns
Educate prospects on Sysdig's products and services with the aim to generate meetings
Achieve individual and team monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas
Uncover technical requirements and prospects' pain points to produce quality meetings
Promote Sysdig and stay on top of Sysdig's core functionality, product offerings, competitors, and overall market knowledge
Document activities in Salesforce.com

Qualification

Sales Development ExperienceKPI AchievementFluency in EnglishCommunication SkillsTeam Collaboration

Required

Minimum 1+ years of Sales Development/Business Development (SDR/BDR) experience
Demonstrate experience achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs/Targets
Fluency in English both verbal and written

Preferred

Experience balancing workloads
Experience establishing communication and engagement practices
Desire to be coached, trained, and mentored towards a successful career
