Internet Sales Consultant
Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that specializes in selling highline vehicles and is seeking an Internet Sales Consultant to drive sales success. In this role, you will build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and present vehicles that match their lifestyle while exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to internet leads via phone, email, and text
Build rapport and assess customer needs, preferences, and budgets
Answer questions about vehicle specifications, performance, and technology
Present and demonstrate vehicles, including features and benefits
Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options
Guide guests through the sales process from initial contact to final purchase
Finalize sales agreements and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Maintain CRM records and stay updated on inventory and market trends
Support dealership events and ensure vehicles are sale-ready
Qualification
Required
Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
1+ years in automotive sales or comparable sales experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Excellent product knowledge and the ability to learn about new vehicle features quickly
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems
Preferred
Sales experience preferred; automotive knowledge a plus
