Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
5+ years benefits administration experience, with supervisory duties
In-depth knowledge of benefits laws and vendor management
Oversee all benefits plans including health, dental, retirement
Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective packages
Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, and municipal policies
Resolve escalated benefits issues
Manage benefits communications and policy updates
Negotiation, benefits analysis, strategic planning
Decision-making, employee advocacy, compliance orientation
Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office
Advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio
