Responsibilities
Conduct inspection for field condition assessments of industrial structures and equipment
Travel up to 50% throughout North America to support field operations
Perform field measurements to gather data for analysis and reporting
Collaborate with engineers to create effective repair plans based on assessment findings
Implement quality assurance and quality control protocols to ensure project compliance
Analyze inspection data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
Contribute to safety planning, promoting a safe working environment for personnel
Qualification
Required
2-year technical degree
Min Yr = 3+ experience
Microsoft Office Suite technical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Physical mobility (on the ground and at heights)
Ability to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs
Ability to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off platforms/scaffolding/ladders using the appropriate and required fall protection
Ability to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing the appropriate PPE
Ability to position oneself to work in confined spaces
Ability to adhere to a client's random drug testing program prior to entering their site
Ability to meet a client's facial hair safety policy prior to entering their site
Preferred
Become proficient in the application of structural design codes and standards
Opportunities for Inspection certifications such as ASNT, AMPP, API, ACI/ICRI certifications, and AWS
