Accounting: processing of billing payment vouchers and assisting with account reconciliation
Organization: Assisting with filing system and digitization of department files
Assisting with editing written communications and photo editing
Assisting with purchasing of office and lab supplies along with inventory management
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in academic office management and processes
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong, independent, and collaborative work ethic
Current UT Austin student, enrolled/registered with fees paid for the current semester and in good academic standing
Financial aid work-study recipient
Preferred
Familiarity with UT Austin's administrative systems
