Responsibilities
On-Site Project Management
Project Coordination & Project Controls
Construction Billings, Cost tracking for sequential costing to include Job Cost Analysis
Project Schedule Adherence
Developing, managing & enforcing construction schedule
Maintaining records and logs
Communicating with vendors, subcontractors, and owners
Completing RFQ and bid packages
Developing and following a two week look ahead schedule
Participating in subcontractor and owner meetings
Preparation and delivery of close out and owner's manuals
Qualification
Required
Must have a 4-year degree, or 5 years of related field experience preferred
Poses a valid driver's license
Have the ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a fast pace environment
Able to work beyond normal business hours when needed to including weekends
Poses superior communication and organizational development skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with: MS Office, Primavera Scheduling P6 and HCSS Heavy Job
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
