Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle sales process from prospecting and outreach to demo and close
Conduct cold calls, send emails, and use LinkedIn or other strategies to connect with decision-makers
Present and pitch Koala’s solution to veterinary practices, adapting to each clinic’s needs
Track your pipeline and progress using Salesforce
Collaborate with the onboarding team for a smooth handoff after the sale
Stay informed on trends in veterinary medicine and pet health

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year mini of B2B sales experience, ideally within the veterinary or animal health industry
Experience within the veterinary or pet care industry a must
Strong prospecting skills with a track record of generating and closing your own opportunities
Experience in cold calling and outbound outreach
Comfort using Salesforce or similar CRMs to manage pipeline and track performance
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
