InternSummit Agricultural Group is offering an internship opportunity for IT Technician Interns. In this role, you will gain exposure to software applications, assist with system changes, provide technical support, and collaborate with the IT Coordinator on security policies and best practices.

Responsibilities
Supporting existing applications and projects by responding to incidents, problems, and service requests
Demonstrate clear and concise communication to employees with a diverse technical background to fulfill their IT request
Administrative tasks related to the Windows Environment. For example, Azure/Office365 User Admin, SharePoint Admin, Basic Network, Device Admin and Server Admin
Test Security policies
Implement and design best practice procedures
Update documentation and protocols
Departmental internal controls and regulatory issues
Basic Support of existing Hardware and Networking infrastructure
Experience in PC/LAN and Web-based computing environment or equivalent experience
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with Excel, Sharepoint, Azure, and Microsoft
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team while maintaining strong written and verbal communication
