Coaching individuals to meet their goals along with the organization’s unique culture, goals, and challenges
Providing value to the coaching community by sharing best practices, providing feedback, and offering valuable insights that amplify impact for stakeholders

Required

Deep technology & leadership expertise within the technology sector—Software & Product Development Leadership, Systems Architecture & Platform Engineering Leadership, DevOps, Cloud, & Automation Leadership, Core IT Operations & Infrastructure Leadership, Data Analysis, SaaS Sales, Information & Data Management Leadership, Cybersecurity & Data Protection Leadership, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Leadership, and Emerging Technology Leadership
At least 5 years of managerial roles
Experience in the technology industry
Experience coaching in more than one language is a plus
Experienced & certified coach with an ICF-accredited certification (ACC, PCC, MCC) or equivalent
At least 300 coaching hours working with leaders at all levels
Ability to represent Torch & its coaching philosophy
Knowledgeable at helping transform organizations
Ability to coach individuals to meet their goals along with the organization's unique culture, goals, and challenges
Ability to take a contextual approach to coaching
Blend of business experience with coaching expertise
Ability to guide leaders to approach challenges as opportunities for growth and transformation
Ability to create a safe space where confidentiality is paramount
Strong communication & tech skills
Ability to coach in English (and maybe other languages too)
Comfortable using digital platforms to connect with clients

Preferred

Experience leading team or group coaching sessions
Coaches from underrepresented and historically marginalized backgrounds are especially welcome
