Responsibilities

Cultivating nationally recognized research portfolios for OUWB

Advancing research collaborations with CH, OU, and other institutions

Assisting in development and implementation of OUWB research strategic plans

Supporting OUWB faculty recruitment, career development, and retention

Assisting leadership in evaluation of investigator and department/division research performance

Working with OUWB faculty and leadership and with other OU colleges and schools to facilitate graduate student training opportunities, as well as the development and implementation of graduate degree and combined degree programs

Facilitating access for all OUWB faculty and trainees to research infrastructure, services, and resources

Managing the OUWB research office and research funds

Other duties as assigned

Required

Ph.D. or M.D. or equivalent degree

Minimum of 10 years post-doctoral research experience
