The role involves ensuring on-time delivery and quality feedback, while also maintaining strong communication with teams in Asia.

Responsibilities
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support new product kick-off
Maintain Inventory Management system with up-to-date pricing, minimum order quantities, weights, and dimension
Consult with quality and other design engineers to ensure a successful product launch
Work directly with vendors to develop and implement sourcing strategies, release vendor orders, evaluate sample manufacturability, and communicate sample quality feedback
Host quarterly reviews with key suppliers and new suppliers with on-time delivery performance, quality issues, and communication evaluation
Identify opportunities to improve new product on time performance, and constantly seek ways to optimize sample processes with changing business needs
Solve problems related to New Products and New product feasibility
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in supply chain engineering or 5 years of equivalent experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business or Related Field
Must be proficient in Thai Language (written and verbal)
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Self-starter with attention to detail and organizational skills
Detail oriented and meticulous
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks throughout the workday
Able to analyze data, find solutions and make a confident decision in a timely manner
Capable of forming and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Manufacturing experience, particularly in molding and extruding technologies, as well as metal processing
