Access Center Supervisor- Jim Hog County

Agile People & Payroll is seeking an Access Center Supervisor to manage the daily operations of an assigned Agility Cares Access Center. This role involves overseeing staff performance, ensuring compliance with health program requirements, and maintaining a high standard of customer service and enrollment assistance.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the assigned Access Center to ensure efficient service delivery
Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation for center staff
Ensure all enrollment activities meet ACA, Medicaid, CHIP, and other program requirements
Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for community members
Supervise, train, and evaluate Access Center staff
Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities
Foster teamwork, accountability, and a results-oriented culture
Manage the center’s operating budget and track all expenses
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies, including HIPAA and ACA guidelines
Maintain accurate records and submit required reports to the Access Center Director
Build relationships with local organizations and community partners to expand available resources
Promote Access Center services through outreach and events in the local area
Track and report enrollment numbers, outreach efforts, and other key performance metrics
Implement strategies to meet or exceed center goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Social Services, or at least a related field (Associate's with relevant experience considered)
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare enrollment, social services, or community programs
Knowledge of ACA marketplace enrollment, Medicaid, and CHIP programs
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage budgets and monitor financial reports
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enrollment software

Preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
