Responsibilities

Develop PLC and HMI programs to satisfy current operations under the supervision of the Systems Engineering group

Assist with tracking and documenting new and modified changes to the plant which may require physically visiting sites to take measurements and create accurate documentation

Compile, track, and analyze specific information related to areas such as motors and drives, utilities, oil, and water. Prepare reports and information for display or distribution, as directed by the Systems Engineering group

Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope

Assist in projects that may include multiple departments

Cross training in multiple departments to gain an understanding of how multiple departments work together on various projects

Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualification

PLC programmingHMI programmingSQLVisual BasicAuto-CADMechanical aptitudeCommunication skills

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or technical degree in related discipline

General computer knowledge and proficiency

Basic knowledge of programming languages, such as SQL and visual basic or experience with Auto-CAD

Basic mechanical aptitude

Ability to communicate with all levels of employees as necessary, both in verbal and written form

Must have regular and punctual attendance

Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred

Basic mechanical or maintenance experience
