Responsibilities
Provide IT systems administration support of TARCES projects that are fielded or out-of-production; in production phases or are being modernized, modified, or customized; in all phases of the project life cycle; in varying phases of research and development; in all phases of the project life cycle for non-DoD customers; and in all phases of the project life cycle for FMS customers
Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing hardware and software, including installing, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems
Support the maintenance and management of account structures and rights to include assisting with adding new accounts, deleting dormant accounts, and managing permissions and equipment access
Support mission communication systems to include maintaining and troubleshooting the multimedia endpoints
Support by periodically reviewing networks and by assisting with proactive technology refreshes to improve reliability and maintainability by leveraging the efficiencies and addressing performance issues associated with aging hardware and parts obsolescence or security issues
Support the definition and performance of help desk initiatives that include multi-tiered customer support of established or new initiatives
Qualification
Required
BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution with three years' experience
Top Secret/SCI Eligible
