Develop and manage relationships with correspondent partners to drive loan production and achieve volume targets

Educate partners on Oaktree’s competitive product offerings, delivery models, and support resources

Collaborate closely with underwriting and operations to ensure efficient loan processing, seamless partner experiences, and quick issue resolution

Conduct market research and provide competitor insights to management, contributing to continuous product and process improvements
